|Biscuit Malt||1.5 kg|
|Acidulated Malt||50 g|
Lauter and sparge with 10 litres at 78°C.
Boil for 90 minutes
|Polaris (18 - 23 %)||25 g||90 minutes before flameout (0 minutes into boil)|
|Polaris (18 - 23 %)||15 g||20 minutes before flameout (70 minutes into boil)|
|Cascade (5.5 - 9 %)||25 g||at flameout|
Cool wort and add Safale S-04 to fermenter.
