This is the first beer I’ve brewed since my return from Greece almost two years ago. I brought a small keg of it to work, where it was widely appreciated, the keg was emptied in a short time…

25 litres of strike water at 63°C

Lauter and sparge with 10 litres at 78°C.

Boil for 90 minutes

Hop additions

Cascade (5.5 - 9 %)25 gat flameout

Cool wort and add Safale S-04 to fermenter.
